Order Processing Time

All orders are fulfilled in-house at our Lewisville, Texas facility. Orders are processed within 4 or less business days of placement. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage for all U.S. orders, providing reliable delivery across the country. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.

Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, shipping times generally range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak shipping periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and total weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

In the event of an undeliverable or returned package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues.
