Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in the Zesty Snackz Bass Boat Giveaway ("Sweepstakes"), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on September 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT ("Sweepstakes Period").
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 1, 2026, and received no later than September 8, 2026.
The sponsor's computer or designated timekeeping system shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and household members of Sponsor are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
Subscription Entry
Eligible individuals who begin a new qualifying Zesty Snackz subscription or maintain an existing qualifying subscription during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Regardless of the number of qualifying subscriptions purchased or maintained, each eligible individual is limited to one (1) subscription entry during the Sweepstakes Period.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and remove duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without purchasing a subscription, handwrite your:

● Mailing Address
● Email Address
● Phone Number
on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a standard #10 envelope to:

Only one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.
Mail-in entries must be handwritten, legible, postmarked by September 1, 2026, and received by September 8, 2026.
Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk-generated, or fraudulent entries are void. Each eligible individual may receive only one (1) total entry, regardless of entry method.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pre-owned 2014 Tracker Pro Team 175 Bass Boat ("Boat Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Boat Prize is $12,000.00.
The Boat Prize is awarded AS IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the condition, mechanical performance, seaworthiness, fitness for a particular purpose, or future value of the Boat Prize.
Cash Option
Instead of accepting the Boat Prize, the winner may elect to receive a $5,000 cash prize. The winner must notify Sponsor of their election within the time specified in the winner notification. Once made, the winner's election is final and cannot be changed.
The cash prize will be paid by company check, wire transfer, ACH transfer, or another commercially reasonable and legally permitted payment method, as determined by Sponsor.
If the winner accepts the Boat Prize, the winner is solely responsible for:
● Title and registration fees
● Insurance
● Transportation or pickup
● Licensing
● Maintenance and repairs
● All applicable federal, state, and local taxes
● Any other expenses associated with ownership
If the winner elects the Cash Option, the winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing is expected to occur on or about September 10, 2026.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry, which may include email, telephone, and/or U.S. Mail.
If the selected winner:
● cannot be contacted;
● fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days;
● fails to complete any required affidavits or tax documentation;
● is determined to be ineligible; or
● declines the prize,
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, delayed, or undeliverable communications.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or any other tax reporting forms required by law.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, hometown, photographs, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
● Verify eligibility;
● Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process;
● Disqualify fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries;
● Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other circumstance impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 11. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at www.zestysnackz.com.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Denton County, Texas, and each entrant irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
14. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the winner has been confirmed.
15. Official Rules Availability
These Official Rules will be available throughout the Sweepstakes Period at:

All advertising and promotional materials relating to this Sweepstakes are subject to these Official Rules.
Promotional materials may contain abbreviated disclosures. In the event of any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.
