Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Zesty Snackz LLC, 150 Valley Ridge BLVD Lewisville, TX Unit 104 75057 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of the entry date.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor or its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

Begins November 10, 2025 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time and ends December 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 25, 2025 and received by December 31, 2025 to be eligible.

Winner Selection and Announcement

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 3 – 6, 2026.
Sponsor may delay the public announcement by up to 72 hours to verify sales data and eligibility.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 7 days or is found ineligible, an alternate may be selected.

Prize delivery will occur between January and February 2026 on a mutually agreed-upon date.

4. How to Enter

(a) Purchase Entry

For each bag of Zesty Snackz purchased during the Promotion Period from the following official online stores only:

  • zestysnackz.com (Shopify)

  • TikTok Shop (@zesty.snackz official store)

  • PALM STREET live-stream sales

you will receive one (1) entry per bag purchased.
Example: 3-pack = 3 entries; 10 bags = 10 entries.

Only orders completed and paid within the Promotion Period qualify.
Retail store and Amazon purchases do not qualify.

(b) Bonus Entry Period

Between December 20, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and December 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET, each eligible bag purchased will count as two (2) entries.
Free mail-in entries received during this period will continue to count as one (1) entry each.

(c) Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3 Ă— 5 card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 25, 2025 and received by December 31, 2025 to be eligible.
Each properly completed card counts as one (1) entry.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per household for the entire Promotion Period.
Multiple entries in a single envelope or from the same person will be disqualified.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize Details

Grand Prize: One (1) 2014 Porsche 981 Cayman S with approximately 38,000 miles, custom baby-blue Zesty Snackz wrap, aftermarket wheels, tires, exhaust, and engine accessories (“Prize Vehicle”).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $45,000 USD.

Sponsor will also cover:

  • Tax, Title & License (TTL): Sponsor will obtain an estimated value and either pay these costs directly or reimburse the verified winner.

  • First Month of Insurance: Sponsor will obtain an insurance quote in the winner’s name and pay the first month’s premium directly to the insurer. Winner is responsible for renewal after the first month.

If the verified winner declines the vehicle, they may elect to receive a $10,000 cash alternative in lieu of the Prize Vehicle. Cash will be fulfilled by check or electronic payment within 30 days of winner verification.

No substitution or transfer except as stated above or at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor on or about January 3 – 6, 2026.
Sponsor may delay the public announcement by up to 72 hours to verify sales data and eligibility.
Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone.
If winner does not respond within 7 days or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize delivery will occur between January and February 2026 on a mutually agreed date between winner and Sponsor.

7. Taxes and Documentation

The value of the Prize Vehicle (or cash alternative) is taxable income to the winner.
Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law.
Winner must complete and return all required tax forms and identification before receiving the prize.

8. General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that violates the rules or acts in bad faith.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.

  • Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if technical issues or fraud compromise its integrity.

  • Prize is provided “as is”; Sponsor makes no warranties other than as required by law.

9. Release & Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising and promotion in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at zestysnackz.com/privacy.

11. Disputes

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Exclusive venue for any proceeding shall be in state or federal courts located in Dallas County, TX.
